UPSR....

UPSR result was out yesterday. I was nerve wrecked the whole morning, waiting my headmistress to arrive from the district education office, along with the school's result. Alhamdulillah, out from 107 candidates, we have 8 5A's scorer. It is a small number compared to an urban school but last year we only had 3 5A's scorer. Apart from that, the number of students who scored A in English is increase by 6%. Those night classes were paid off! Well, because of this flying colours result, I will be teaching English Year 6 for UPSR 2009. To all my pupils who done very well in UPSR 2007, I wish you all the best in your upcoming future...sob...sob...I'll be missing you guys!

Hi Dinky's mom,

Tq for dropping by my blog. You have got a cute daughter there. You were asking about the stiches on stretchable fabric right? yes our normal machine doesnt do a good sticth on the fabric. you have to go really slow. I have tried changing the needle but it was still the same. The only way to make it look good is to go slow on the pedal. So you managed to find Mikawah at PJ? Good, try going to People and FahNum, they have better choice but more expensive. Have fun sewing!
