What Is Going On With Dinky Aeisyah

I haven't been diligent enough with posting on this blog lately. Somehow, blog hopping is more entertaining than typing all these post. However, I'm back in the game! Got to forget about my year six students for a while so that I can get my life back. Well, Dinky Aeisyah is now 11 months! Hoooray! By the time of writing, she has 30 days to go before she turns one. Time fly really fast. If, I open the Pictures folder in my laptop and browse all Dinky Aeisyah's picture, I realize that my little boo has grown a lot.

The little girl behind the wheels.

Nowadays, Dinky Aeisyah gets bored easily whenever we are on a road trip. So, Mr Vediaz set up a play area at the back seat so that his daughter can entertain herself. Notice Dinky Aeisyah's upper incisor.

I've Been Busy...

It's been days since my last post. This is because I've been super busy with class, marking and keeping up with my milk supply. Yeah, you heard it. My milk supply is dwindling. For the past few days, I've been doing this power pumping thing but nothing has happen to my supply. I've post my concern to the susuibu forum but the response is lukewarm :) But few responses suggested that pregnancy might be the culprit. I already cover that and I'm not pregnant. Poor Dinky Aeisyah. It's only 1 month left before she turns one and I still want to provide her the best nutrition till that day. It all started last month. First, my bosom buddies got back to its original size. Then, for the last two weeks, whenever I pumped during my morning session, I'd only managed to get 1oz. I know that I'm not a super producer but come on! 1oz? Next, I was on course of Fenugreek but Mr Vediaz forbids me from doing so because the last time I took Fenugreek, it made me smell just like maple syrup, YUCKY! I did try to consult Dr Fazidah and she suggested that I take few days off just to build back my supply. I want to take the deserving leave but I can't. Well, school holiday is getting near and if I apply for 2 days leave, my application will be rejected! Aaah....the drawbacks of being a school teacher. Right now, I'm crossing my finger, hoping that everything will turn out fine...

My Trip Back To My Hometown

Last June, I finally got some deserve time to go back to my emak's home back at Kuala Terengganu. It's been like 3 months from my last visit. My main reason to go back is to visit my grandmother from my ayah's side who was sick 2 weeks before. Being at home is such a bliss...doing nothing, chit chatting with my emak, ayah and my twins sister and bullying my special sister, Nana :). At morning, My sisters and I rushed to get our dose of nasi kerabu with ayam bakar. Yummy! But sorry guys, no picture to show.

Dinky Aeisyah was having a good time when we were driving around my village.

When you go to Kuala Terengganu, most outsiders won't go home before going to the famous Pasar Payang. Same goes to me! I need to find a new "kain sutera" because as a government staff, we are instructed to wear "batik" on every Thursday. Angel in disguise, now I have a reason to go shopping for "batik sutera"! If you go to the Pasar Payang at the first floor where all the silk shops are, your eyes will be eye-popping just looking at all the "batik sutera". However, a warning to any buyer who are not from Terenggau, all shop have a whooping price tag of RM3++ for a "batik sutera". You can bargain for almost half from their price tag, depending on the material and design. But, If you can speak Terengganu slang like I do, you will definitely get the lowest price :)

Lots of "sutera". Lots of colour spectrum. There are Batik Spa-Q, Crepe, Jacquard and so on. You just name it. But be prepare to be "pokai" after leaving the Pasar Payang!

This is my "batik sutera". Left is green and right is grey. These are jacquards with exclusive design.

I'm Now 10 months Old

Last week, Dinky Aeisyah is finally 10 months old. 2 months to go before she turns 1 year old. By that time, she will be a toddler, not my little baby anymore. When Dinky Aeisyah turned 9 months old, suddenly she became more grown up in her sense. She gets cheekier and mischievous. I guess, all babies do that. To date, she haven't crawl yet and because of this, those government nurses at Kemaman had wrote down in her visiting card that Dinky Aeisyah is having a "Delay Development". It's even written in red pen just to highlight the problem. For the time being, Dinky Aeisyah just having fun creeping on her tummy whenever she wants to move around the house. Forget the crawling thing, right now she can clap her hands, sit unaided, standing with aid, wave bye bye, and few things. Apart from the "Delay Development", she is a happy baby!
Dinky Aeisyah wearing her new sun hat. See that she is clapping her two hands.

Showing her cuteness and her cheekiness!
