Ramadhan Mubarak

Selamat Menyambut bulan Ramadhan kepada semua! Bermulalah episod bangun awal nak masak sahur, buka posa ada bazar kan!

Still remember my fisrt sahur with Mr Vediaz...:) We were not even dating yet at that time. He stayed at my parents' house on that last day of Syaaban. Both of us couldn't remember why he crashed at the house. My emak cooked nasi goreng for that first sahur. Kesian Mr Vediaz sahur sorang2, I pun teman lah dia sahur kat guest room tu. Nostalgic betul! Past forward 5 years later, I'm the one whom get up early and cook something for the sahur. When we first got married, I was terrified a bit because it always my emak whom prepare the sahur. Then, it's my turn plak! Sahlah anak emak ni pemalas!

Tapi confirm lagi rajin than my brothers. My elder bro is building his stomach! My first younger bro is size does matter! My youngest bro is building his wealth. Entah bila lah nak kaya tu? My younger twins sister pun ringan tulang (puji sket!). As usual, I'm the bossy one because I'm the first daughter of the house!

This year of Ramadhan will be the same as last years except that I'm expecting. Mr Vediaz isn't very keen on me trying to fast because he is afraid with my condition right now. But today I'm fasting, hopefully everything will be okay.

New Header!

Akhirrrrnnyaaaa! I had finished my header! Leganyer makcik. I asked my brother to do the heading when I was back at Kuala Terengganu but we were sooo busy with 'kenduri', 'lepak-lepak' and eating most of the time, he didn't get the chance to do it. My brother is quite familiar with photoshop compared to me whom only understand the principle of layer but not knowing how to that! The header is quite simple and I used a scrapbook software to it. Alright, it's time to sign off now, need to get my much needed sleep. Tomorrow I have a choral speaking rehearsal with my students. We have a competiton on this Thursday. Wish us luck guys!

Dinky Aeisyah is doing her 'explorace' around her atuk's house. Thank god she hasn't figure out where the stairs are since the stairs is quite hidden. Sorry, no picture yet! Malas nak snap photo today.

Finally...

After being absence for more than a month, I finally posting something on the blog. Well, I were busy before and were not very feeling well for the past few weeks. Can you all spot any difference with the blogs' layout? I did that myself! Bangganya makcik! I should did an I.T. degree instead of Zoology. KWANG KWANG KWANG! Haven't get to the header yet. I'll try to finish the header by this weekend.

Well enuff said, I would like to wish GOOD LUCK to all my friends who are sitting their P.T.K. (Penilaian Tahap Kecekapan) exams today. Buat elok-elok, tahun depan boleh naik gaji tau!

Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha

Our family would like to wish "Selamat Hari Raya Haji" to all. Remember to drive safely. By the time of writing, I have finished packing all the stuffs but Mr Vediaz is still sleeping. He got back from his 12 hours of night shift this morning so he is GROGGY and GRUMPY. As a dutiful wife (Angkat bakul), I let him sleep first. This year we going back to Mr Vediaz hometown, Bangi. Since our journey is 'melawan arus', most people going back to East Coast but we going back to West Coast, hopefully the traffic will be a bearable ones. Kemaman is jam with cars starting from yesterday, thanks to it's single lane bridge :P. My brothers, Along and Atih, got back to Kuala Terengganu yesterday. They used the Jabor road because they wanted to avoid Kemaman and Dungun. However, the Bukit Besi road was blocked due to flood which forced them to exited at Paka and drove to Dungun. The traffic from Paka to Dungun was moving at 10km/h! My Along and his wife slept at Dungun yesterday because their little baby, Mc Dalila, was gone 'amuk'. To my family back at the ever laid back Gong Datok, Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha to semua. Mak, kalau ada rendang daging hitam, Angah nak sikit :P!

Make Reading a National Hobby

I access the Kinokuniya website today and they are having this promotion on any book purchase. Well, I love going to Kinokuniya. They have a vast collection of books and their price ain't cheap but it depends on what book do you want to get. I remembered the first time I bought a book on zoology studies there back in 2003. I can't remember the book's title but it was hard to get and I need that book for my thesis writing. Because of my purchased was more than RM150.00, I got the Kinokuniya paperbag and I still have that bag. I brought the bag to my faculty whenever I had a class at a lab. Well, I studied in Penang, so nobody was seen carrying the Kinokuniya paperbag compared to Nike, Adidas, Guess and even Parkson at that time. So lame :) So, to all mommies who want to raise your child as an avid reader, do check this out.
